A big welcome to you all to our very first blog on our amazing new website and shop!
We are a small family run business making individual handmade wooden gifts to order. This means nothing we make is ever mass produced, and has been uniquely made just for you. The result of this means not two gifts will ever be the same.
We source all our materials from offcuts from our sawmil. This means that no wood goes to waste from our sawmill customers orders. Our candle logs come from fallen branches we find in surrounding woodland. We never go out and chop down wood just for this purpose. We also use Very little, or no plastic in our packaging, and we try to use as many natural finishes on our gifts as much as we can. Take our Cheese and Wine Board for instance, we finish this with natural vegetable oil, the same you would use to cook with. This makes it friendly to the environment, and also food safe too!
